Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning is made by Micah McGonigal, these are just fanmade versions of the games, assets including textures,sounds,meshes etc are in property of Micah, although the code has been kept the same for the most part it is different at some places (duh since ue4 and unity are not the same) but still the scripts are belonging to Micah.
Known issues:
First prize, gotta sweep & playtime don't work as intended.
everything moves fast at high fps and slower at lower fps (tied to fps).
the boots item doesn't work i guess

what version of unreal 4 is this?
It looks like UE5 from the screenshot.
This looks extremely difficult to do in Unreal, great job building it! :)
its actualy fairly easy with flat lighting setup and upscaled low res textures :)

The mouse sens is extremly low for some reason, even if i put the slider to the max

well the first time released it it didn't gain as much attention and the first port was not really finished had a lot of issues
